This summer challenge is all about being physical active as much as possible this summer. Kids and adults of all ages are invited.

When: The Challenge starts on the 1st of July and ends on the 31st of July.

Where: Anywhere!! On the beach, in the park or at home.

How does it work? Below, you can find 4 different workouts for kids (and adults). They are challenging for everybody and you do as much as you can. All workouts are between 12-15 minutes. Try to do these (or other) workouts as much as you can in July.
